Bill and Cyndi Daves
Real Estate Broker/Owners
|
Bill and Cyndi Daves lived for 38 years in Tampa, Florida. During that time, Bill and Cyndi worked in the insurance, finance and banking, and human services industries before "jumping ship" and making the move to Murphy. After serving as Associate Brokers with a local franchise brokerage and gaining market knowledge in the Murphy area, Bill and Cyndi opened Foxfire Realty Group on September 1, 2001. 10 days later, the country stood in disbelief as the events of September 11 unfolded. Never during that tenuous period did they consider there to be any options other than moving forward. Bill and Cyndi refused, like the rest of America, to be defeated in any way. After a lull of about 3 weeks, the demand for mountain property and rural housing opportunities exploded.
A lot of hard work always brings with it a little bit of luck as Bill and Cyndi closed over one million dollars in real estate transactions in the first 105 days of operation, and it does not appear that things are going to slow down anytime soon!
Bill and Cyndi have put together an incredible team of professional Real Estate Brokers that are willing to help you find that perfect mountain property scenario- whether it's a large or small tract of land, a chalet with a 100 mile view, or looking to enhance your investment portfolio with a vacation rental property, we're here to serve you. Call or email us today!

Pat Adams
Associate Broker
|
While Pat Adams was born in Connecticut, she spent most of her
life in South Florida. She fell in love with Murphy while on vacation one
year and decided that she just had to have a vacation home here. After two
years of traveling back and forth when work would allow, she finally threw
in the towel on her 25 years of owning a cleaning / house-watching business
on Sanibel Island and moved up here permanently.
Pat spent a year and a half in "retirement" enjoying
all of the splendors of Western North Carolina and then decided it was time
to get back to work. Driving folks around this beautiful countryside is
hardly considered work to her and she finds it very rewarding to find the
perfect "peace" of the mountains for each of her clients. Pat has most recently become an associate broker with the CENTURY 21 Foxfire team.

Jemma Sinclaire
Associate Broker
|
I was born in Virginia and raised in Florida. I have carried
my focus to work in real estate from my early twenties, when I first studied
real estate in junior college. However practical life carried me in a much
different direction!
I became a chiropractor, practicing initially in Florida
and then in California. It was my honor to assist many, many people through
the years in attaining their health-oriented goals. Unfortunately, I was
injured a number of years ago, and am no longer in Chiropractic practice.
From early on, I always (since my 20's at least)
desired to help people realize their dreams through the financial and practical
aspects of owning their own home(s), and also have had a tremendous interest
in what is necessary to have a healthy home (now that's the chiropractor
in me); and how different and unique that truly is for each person
or family.
So it is truly the realization of a lifelong dream - finding
myself here in beautiful Murphy, North Carolina at this second stage of
my life.
It is most exceptional that my sister, Cyndi Daves, is
the co-owner of CENTURY 21 Foxfire Realty. There is nothing as wonderful
as family, and I am exceptionally blessed!!!!
It will be my pleasure and honor to work with you and clarify
your needs, be they a short vacation in our fabulous mountains, a house
that will function as a revenue stream pre-retirement, or a home to enjoy
each season here with us as a fulltime resident of Murphy. I have the focus,
knowledge, responsibility and persistence to make your dream a reality.
I look forward to your call and will be honored to serve you.

Pennsylvania, Lisa DiCuffa has been a local figure in Murphy, pioneering and facilitating

needs. Lisa is a local business owner of one of the most unique shops
here in town - The Pickled Parrot. Being an artist herself (as well as being
published), Lisa is an advocate of our local artists and their projects.
She has spearheaded "Arts In The Park," a monthly event open to all local
artists to come and display their fantastic creations. She has also been
involved with getting the Murphy High School art students to show off their
work as well.
Lisa uses the same attitude and approach that has allowed her to become
a successful artist and businesswoman when she works with a customer and/or
client. She is determined to find just the right property and won't give
up until everyone is happy! She loves the mountains and the town of Murphy
and she is anxious to share that love with you. Lisa has just recently become an associate broker with Foxfire - CENTURY 21.

Ann McMillan was born in Long Island, New York although she calls herself a Floridian, having lived in Cape Coral most of her life. After traveling the country in her youth, she fell in love with the peace and serenity of the mountains and dreamed of owning acreage here in North Carolina. After living in southwest and Orlando Florida, and two years in Philadelphia, PA she looked forward to the uncrowded, slower pace of the mountains (and lack of concrete!). Ann and her husband, Walter had a 5-year plan to reside in Murphy which soon became a 2 year plan and very quickly became a "Let's Go" plan, relocating to Murphy in January of 2006.
Ann has worked in many professions; she is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida. She has worked in the medical and chiropractic fields for several years specializing in insurance billing and coding. She has managed a retail store on South Street, a popular area in Philadelphia. She has worked several years with a Foxfire associate, Pat Adams, on Sanibel Island maintaining homes. Her family has owned and operated a family restaurant in Cape Coral since 1991, Maria's Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria which she was an active part of when living in her hometown.
Having obtained her North Carolina provisional broker license, Ann has started her real estate career with CENTURY 21 Foxfire Realty Group. She looks forward to helping clients with their Real Estate needs and is enthusiastic about excelling in another career making the needs of her clients her number one priority.
